2023 Festive GIVEAWAY

This year we are creating a huge competition where you can win miniatures of our most popular limited editions across brands. The pack will contain 3x Old Perth, 3x Mac-Talla and a mystery mini!

3 winners will receive the sample packs. This competition is open to UK residents only.

For your chance to win, just follow the instructions on the competition post created on both Old Perth and Mac-Talla Instagram page. You have until Sunday 10th December at 5pm to enter and all correct entries will be put into a free prize draw, with winners picked at random on Monday 11th December.

 SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     To participate in this competition on Instagram users must follow all instructions on the competition post.

2.     The competition will begin at 5pm 4th December, and end on 5pm 10th December. Entries made after this point will not be counted. Only correct answers will be put into the prize draw.

5.     There will be 3 winners. All winners must have fulfilled the entry requirements. The winners will be selected at random from correct entries no more than 48 hours after the question is posted.

6.     The competition is open to residents of the UK only, except for Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation.

7.     The winning prize for each of the 3 winners is a sample pack of 7 x 3cl samples of our most popular limited editions this year.

8.     The prize includes postage to the winners.

9.     Entrants must be over 18 years or older and may be asked to provide proof of age.

10.  If you are a winner, you will need to provide your email address, postal address, Identification and contact phone number within 48 hours of being announced as our winner. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the announcement, your win will be invalid and we’ll select a replacement winner.

11.  We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

12.  Multiple entries are accepted.

13.  No purchase is necessary; however, you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram.

14.  We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

15.  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

16.  The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17.  By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

18.  Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes.

19.  The winner’s names can be obtained by sending an SAE and covering letter to: Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers Ltd, Kincardine House, Aberargie, Perthshire, PH2 9LX, after closure of the promotion.
