Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers have created a new range of Bruadar-based cocktail recipes, with award-winning mixologist Stephen Mutty.

Bruadar’s closely-guarded secret recipe has been over 20 years in the making. Our master-blender skilfully balances Single Malt Scotch Whisky with the flavours of honey & sloe berries to create something completely unique.

We asked Stephen Mutty, from the world-renowned Lyaness Bar in London, to create a series of Bruadar cocktails for us, perfect for enjoying at home whether you are celebrating or enjoying a cosy night in.

Stephen’s cocktails were inspired by the Danish concept of “hygge” (pronounced “hoo-ga”). There is no direct English translation for this Scandinavian term which encompasses a feeling of cosy contentment and well-being that is achieved by taking time to live well and enjoy the simple things in life – perfect for lifting your spirits during the long winter months. Each cocktail has been created to be savoured in comfortable surroundings with those closest to you.
